Warranty Coverage:

Secure-Fob confidently extends to the original purchaser a comprehensive two-year warranty commencing from the original date of purchase. This warranty underlines our dedication to offering a superior product that adheres to the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

 

Warranty Details:

This warranty explicitly covers any defects in material and workmanship under normal use within the warranty period. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the two years, we will, at our discretion, either:

• Repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, or
• Exchange the product with a new or refurbished product.

In the event of a defect, to the fullest extent permitted by law, these are your sole and exclusive remedies.

 

Exclusions and Limitations:

The two-year warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

• Conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
• Damage attributable to improper use, accident, misuse, neglect, or alterations.
• Usage not in accordance with product instructions.

Furthermore, this warranty does not cover any non-Secure-Fob product even if packaged or sold with Secure Fob hardware.
